In the quiet apartments of Il Cascinale, you will be able to relax immersed in a sweet nature, looking at the amazing, intense colors of the countryside overlooking the Adriatic Sea, not far from our country house.

The suites are full comfort, independent apartments and are, in fact, the very latest development at the Il Cascinale Country House. This form of accommodation provides a new concept of what a vacation really is, independent and yet with all of the additional services available at the Country House.

Our apartments

Eight apartments, each 40 sq.m., provided with an independent entrance and a large living room where you can relax and spend your holiday just as you planned it with excursions  that you can enjoy irrespective of the rhythms of the other guests and the Country House schedule. That said, however, the staff will be at your disposal, ready to satisfy your every need, with the enthusiasm and courtesy now  typical of the Il Cascinale Country House.

Each apartment has a well-tended garden with a stunning view over the hills of Abruzzo, the Adriatic sea and the typical “calanchi” of Abruzzo, rocks eroded over the course of time and transformed into charming sculptures that conceal marine fossils as well as other fossil remains which will impress tourists and visitors alike.

The panorama

From our apartments you can enjoy a breathtaking view in every season of the year. In winter, the snow covers the surrounding countryside, creating a magic atmosphere where fields are waiting for spring to blossom again.

The warm season brings a pleasant smell of flowers and greets the guests of our country house in a blaze of joyful colors. Fall has warm tones, while summer invites to relax, enjoying the blue of the Adriatic Sea on the horizon.

The 2010 offer

In 2010, apartments can be rented either on a Bed&breakfast basis or as half-board or full-board accommodation, in order to meet the different needs of our guests.
And for the whole of  2010 the price of independent suites will remain unvaried compared to that of the rooms within the Country House, so for anyone in search of an eco-friendly holiday where nature is the major attraction, this is an opportunity that is just too good to miss.

Tour of the medieval villages

Not far from our country house, there is a number of medieval towns and villages worth visiting. Here, local traditions, from handicraft to agriculture, to the typical cuisine of Abruzzo, recreate the ancient atmosphere of times gone by. Men are still guided by nature in their daily activities. No contrasts, and buildings have not invaded the area as has happened in other zones, but nature maintains its pleasant aspect.
